We are thrilled to announce that on October 27, 2024, at the Annual General Meeting of the World DanceSport Federation (WDSF), Anatol Kotau, Director of International Relations at Athletes for Freedom Foundation, was appointed to the WDSF Ethics Committee.

The WDSF Ethics Committee plays a vital role as an independent body within the Federation, responsible for investigating alleged violations of the WDSF Code of Ethics and providing expert guidance on issues arising from its implementation. The Committee upholds integrity in DanceSport by reviewing and updating ethical standards when necessary.

Anatol joins a distinguished group of international professionals on this committee:

- The Honorable Sandra Nori (AUS) — Former Australian Minister for Tourism and Sport and Recreation

Anatol’s appointment is a well-deserved recognition of his commitment to ethical standards and his dedication to advocating for athletes’ rights on an international level. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Anatol and look forward to the positive impact he will bring to the WDSF Ethics Committee and to the sports community worldwide!
